Meet the team

Chay started his working life as an apprentice greenkeeper at Oakridge golf course near Nuneaton. It was there he learned his trade before taking up a position at Cromer Golf club, again as a greenkeeper. Chay eventually took over as fishery manager at Cobbleacre Park Lakes in Norfolk where he was in charge of the 60 acre site which included holiday homes & caravan park.

Away from the business Chay is a keen angler and has written many articles and appeared on radio & TV angling shows!
